Tin Shed Farm – Perishable Goods Return Terms and Conditions

 

Thank you for choosing Tin Shed Farm for your perishable goods needs.  By engaging in a transaction with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1.              Payment Terms:

Payment is due at the date of the purchase.

2.             Payment Methods:

We accept payments via direct bank transfer and credit card.  A fee  will be levied to cover the costs involved with credit card payment of invoices. 

3.             Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.  Cancellation after this period may be subject to fees.

4.             Quality Assurance:

Tin Shed Farm strives to deliver the highest quality perishable goods.  If you have any concerns about the quality of our products, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

5.             Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of perishable goods.

6.             Force Majeure:

Tin Shed Farm will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or labour disputes.

7.             Governing Law:

The laws of Australian Consumer Law govern these terms and conditions, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

    11.          Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Tin Shed Farm reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.  Customers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
