Each ham is cured on the bone and then smoked for the utmost delicious flavour. Ethically raised pork with a taste you can feel good about, perfect for family meals and special occasions.

All hams contain minimum preservatives and are gluten-free.  The hams have a 5 week use by date, should you wish to freeze the ham till Christmas day, that is possible.  Remember to remove from the freezer in good time to allow for defrosting and decorating.
